We begin with a 45-minute yoga flow inspired by the quiet unfolding of spring. As the body softens and settles, you’ll transition seamlessly into a 45-minute live harp sound bath. Layers of resonant tones and shimmering textures wash over you, creating a spacious, meditative atmosphere.
